What IN THE WORLD Have We Been Doing???

I realize that I have not updated the blog in QUITE a while.  I've had a hound-dog on my case about it.  I won't name names (LaDonna), but truthfully, I need to get this thing caught up!  :))  Since David's surprise party, I've just been keeping my head above water with taking care of Jacob and working during the day.  Hopefully, I will be able to give you a snapshot or two of what's been going on in our world.

Jacob is growing out-of-control fast.  I have to rearrange and clean out his drawers almost daily because of how fast he is growing!  I have a closet full of boy baby stuff that is piling up by the minute!  If you know of anyone who could really use boy baby clothes (a boy born in the winter) ... then let me know!

Jared is doing GREAT in school. He got straight A's last nine weeks.  We are so very proud of him!

David is also doing well in school ... we are so proud of him too!!! :))  As an extra, he will be refereeing again this season with wrestling.  He's really looking forward to it.  Okay, so enough with the catching up ... here are some fun pics to summarize the past few months!

July 8th, if I'm not mistaken ... getting our pic taken in Wal-Mart after LaDonna got her ears pierced.  Woo hoo!!  It was fun to have Kate in town at the same time!

Nanny, Ted, and Maria got the opportunity to come to TN in August, so we went to Ten Mile to see them.  Unfortunately, it was the day he ran his fever after his shots, but he hung in there ... it was so sweet to see him and Nanny together!

Okay, so it's October ... 8 months old and Jacob is rolling over, getting up onto his knees, and rocking back and forth on them!  He also is learning to sit up from this position :))  However, still no teeth.  Mommy is very thankful :))

Last but not least at the moment ... our basket picture!  We took pictures of Jared in the basket when he was baby.  Jacob LOVES being pushed around in it!
